1、 General Provisions

 

This Return and Exchange Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") applies to all users (hereinafter referred to as the "Users" or "You") who purchase goods on the Guangzhou Binwen Technology Co., Ltd. Mall (hereinafter referred to as the "Mall"). The purpose of this agreement is to clarify the return and exchange rules, procedures, as well as the rights and obligations of the mall and the user after purchasing goods on this mall.

 

Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing the product. Once you place an order to purchase goods on this store, it means that you agree to be bound by this agreement.

 

2、 Return and exchange policy

 

Our mall is committed to providing users with high-quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. If the goods you receive have problems or do not meet your needs, you have the right to apply for a return or exchange under the conditions stipulated in this agreement.

 

All return and exchange requests must follow the principles of fairness, reasonableness, and legality, and must not harm the legitimate rights and interests of this mall or other third parties.

 

3、 Return and exchange conditions

 

(1) Return conditions

 

The product has quality issues

 

If you find any quality issues with the product within 7 days of receiving it (such as damage, functional failure, or inconsistency with the product description), you can apply for a return. Quality issues need to be judged by this mall or third-party testing institutions recognized by this mall.

 

For returns caused by quality issues, our store will bear the logistics costs incurred.

 

Returns without quality issues

 

On the premise that the product has not been used and does not affect secondary sales, you can apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the product. The reasons for non quality issues in returns may include but are not limited to personal dislike, purchase errors, etc.

 

For returns with non quality issues, you will be responsible for the logistics costs incurred during the return process.

 

The following products are special items and non quality related returns are not accepted unless there is a quality issue:

 

Customized products (products customized according to your special requirements, such as customized computer configurations, personalized printed materials, etc.);

 

Fresh and perishable goods (such as flowers, fruits, fresh food, etc.);

 

Digital products (such as software, e-books, online courses, etc., once activated or used, returns are not accepted);

 

Close fitting clothing (such as underwear, swimsuits, etc., for hygiene reasons);

 

Other products that are not suitable for return based on their nature (this mall will clearly identify them on the product details page).

 

(2) Exchange conditions

 

If the product you receive has issues such as size mismatch or color error, but it does not affect the basic function and quality of the product, you can apply for an exchange within 7 days after receiving the product.

 

The exchanged goods must maintain their original packaging intact, complete accessories, unused, and not affect secondary sales.

 

The logistics costs incurred due to exchange will be determined based on specific circumstances:

 

If the wrong product is sent by our store (such as wrong size, color, etc.), our store will bear the logistics cost of the exchange;

 

If the exchange is caused by your own reasons (such as choosing the wrong option when placing the order), you will be responsible for the logistics costs incurred by the exchange.
